Overview

Our refund and free returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. However, returns are free of charge; we will provide you with a pre-paid returns label that you can use to post your purchased item(s) back to us via any local post office or we can arrange a free collection, whereby the driver will also bring the label for you to attach to the parcel.

If you do decide to return an item(s), please contact us with your order number so that we are able to provide you with a free returns label for you to print out. If you do not have a printer, we will send you a returns label in the post. Do not return any item without letting us know as we cannot track the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please feel free to take the product(s) out of their storage bag to have a look at the item(s) so that you can make a choice to keep the item(s) or if you would like to return.

Once you have returned your item, we will process your return and provide you with a full refund of the item(s) if they have not been used and are in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of bedding if used for hygiene reasons and also they cannot be re-sold.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Often, it is sooner than 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days of returning your item(s), first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via our contact us page to let us know so that we can arrange a swap.
