DPD are our trusted delivery courier on all orders.
DPD will email and text (please leave your phone number on the checkout page to be able to receive a text), both the day before to advise of delivery the following day and also the morning of delivery with a time slot. You will have several options if the delivery is not suitable for you:
- Change the day of delivery
- Leave with a designated neighbour
- Change delivery address
- Leave parcel in a safe place*
*When opting for the delivery to be left in a safe place, please bear in mind that our courier's drivers are conscientious and will use their own judgement on whether or not that location is secure enough. The last thing we and DPD want is your order to not get to you safely.
